To reset the password, you can press the reset button until you hear one beep after two seconds. This can reset the password and do not affect the volume.

What model are you using? You can check the IP setting on the tablet to see what IP it gets.

I frequently use skype internet phone to work. and it works pretty well. Are you using the latest firmware? What kind of internet phone are you using? Are you stock in the register the account? Or the phone works but only one-way voice? Have you ever try to disable the firewall rule on your device?

You can set an Authority for each user to access your Data, so the user will need the username/password to access your NAS or Data.

Plug two PLA in the same extension cord, if the connection still drops every 5min, you may consider getting a new one or RMA. What is the model of the PLA?

From your last screenshot, it seems your NAS had once connected but not for now. You may check if your NAS can reach the internet (check GW, DNS setting). Use Network diagnosis to ping out, Control Panel > TCP/IP > Network Diagnosis. Rebooting the device probably helps in some cases. AFAIK, upnp is not working in double…

I use DeltaCopy as the rsync Server and backup the data from my PC. But I didn't occur any issue.This issue may relate to the rsync Server.

Please try to enable HTTPS on your NAS326. Then, add a port forward rule [external port <-> internal port] as 8483 <-> 443. After that, using URL to access your NAS326 from out side, for example - "https://abc123.zyxel.me:8483".
