NBG6515 is blocking my Cisco Internet Phone

Hey everyone,

It appears that my Zyxel NBG6515 is blocking my internet phone. My internet works fine, the wifi works, but I can't get my phone to work.

I know it's the router due to the process of elimination.  I've connected the phone to a different router (DLink) and it worked just fine.

I've farted around a bit in the bandwidth management tab, but I still can't get it to work. I rely heavily on my internet phone for work, so if anyone has any bright ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

    Cisco makes the hardware that is used to provide internet, they do not do it themselves.

    I frequently use skype internet phone to work. and it works pretty well.
    Are you using the latest firmware? What kind of internet phone are you using?
    Are you stock in the register the account?
    Or the phone works but only one-way voice?
    Have you ever try to disable the firewall rule on your device?
