thank you judy, but I don't have an authentication server, VPN users currently use nebula cloud authentication…

I imagined that on prem there was this option.... so on nebula i can't do anything?

If I use a security policy, I cannot choose a single VPN user as the source, can i?

if i press that button, with my account, nothing happens still… tried both chrome and firefox, private tabs, nothing works. Seems like i'm not allowed to use that function

YES, our firewall and many of our client's firewalls got restarted and upgraded without ANY notice and OUTSIDE our configured schedule. What is going on?
