[ATP/FLEX] How to turn on support request on nebula?
On nebula, click “More” and “Help”.

Click “Support request” and turn on “Invite Zyxel support as administrator”.

if i press that button, with my account, nothing happens still…
tried both chrome and firefox, private tabs, nothing works. Seems like i'm not allowed to use that function

May we know whether the other administrator's e-mail account can send a VPN provision file or not? Or, only your account cannot send it? Thanks.
