Unable to get VPN configuration provision script

I cant get the SecuExtender IKEv2 VPN configuration provision for every org i manage.

when i press the "send email" button, nothing happens

We could send and receive the IKEv2 VPN configuration file to Zyxel email account. Please help to verify if can receive it from your e-mail account. Thanks.

if i press that button, with my account, nothing happens still…

tried both chrome and firefox, private tabs, nothing works. Seems like i'm not allowed to use that function

May we know whether the other administrator's e-mail account can send a VPN provision file or not? Or, only your account cannot send it? Thanks.
