When using WPA3, Roaming is not working
From what I have been reading, because WPA3 uses Protected Management Frames, 802.11r has to be disabled. I also read that WPA3 is supposed to us PMKID for Roaming. This doesn't appear to be working as my device will always drop wifi between Access Points and not Roam.

WPA2 doesn't work when using Wifi at 6ghz
I noticed even when I set security to WPA2, when I connect at 6 ghz it always uses WPA3. The downfall to this is that 802.11r is not working because it uses WPA3.
