I have several Zyxel devices. I would like to use the VPN Orchestrator, but it keeps telling me to update the license. What else do I need to make it available?

Thank you for your inquiry!

The 💎VPN Orchestrator feature is exclusive to Nebula Pro-level organizations. To access this feature, you'll need to upgrade your Nebula organization to the Pro level. Based on the device license information you provided, it appears some of your devices are using the Plus Pack, some are using the Pro Pack, and some are using the Elite Pack (which includes Pro-level features). As a result, your Nebula organization is currently on the Plus level.

To use the 💎VPN Orchestrator, you'll need to upgrade the Plus Pack license on the following devices to the Pro Pack license:

• 2x NWA50AX (Plus Pack expires on 2025-04-26)
• 1x GS1920-8HP (Plus Pack expires on 2025-04-26)
