I cant see all my files and folders in my Zyxel drive app when im out of my network

NSA325V2 very slow write speed
Hi, I just installed a Zyxel NSA325V2 with 2 3tb hdd's in Raid1. Firmware is V4.70(AALS.0). When I test the speed from my M1 Mini Mac to the NAS with AmorphousDiskMark 4.0 to the public folder on the NAS I get following speeds: Read - 91,25 MB/s and Write - 15,71 MB/s. degraded volume on NAS326 - SMART raw_read_error_rate
Hi all I have a degraded volume on my NAS326. But when I check the disk status, they all shows as "green". The only indicator is a raw_read_error_rate that one disks has, but not the other one. Do I need to replace a disk? Which one, left or right bay? I habe a external usb disk with backups from this nas.

For last few units (of nas326) or months the repo : file : \\nas326\admin\zy-pkgs\web_prefix ==http://zyxel.diskstation.eu/Users/Mijzelf/zypkg-repo/ does not work.
