Reset no beep
I got the 542 Nas. I need to reset my password. There is no beep after pushing the button, not after 2 seconds, not after 10 or more. There is no resetting. Is there any other way of resetting?

Since my NAS540 is EOL Can i still use it?
Hi, I still have my NAS540 for data storage but have none of the apps activated. As far as i know i can only use it on my local network (with a Macbook) and via (local ip) browser login. No Media Server, No Webdav, myZyxelCloud or Dropbox or whatever.. Is it safe to use it like this? No should be able to connect to it…

Can't Register device
After I login to myzyxel.com I select "Device Registration" and enter the required info for my NAS326, but it responds with "Cannot find device". I've verified that I enter the correct MAC and S/N. Any help is appreciated!

Hi, I was going to upgrade to latest firmware (V5.21(ABAG.13)) but it stuck on 59% I can't log on from another browser it's saying "Firmrware upgrade in progress. You cannot….." . Is there a way to migrate users and shares from NAS320 to NAS542?

NAS540 "Battery power exhaused" & "initiated Shutdown Sequence" errors not 'critical' category?
Is power loss and shutting down not critical events? Title says it all, why are only critical errors allowed to send email alerts, and why aren't the power related errors in the critical category if only that category is allowed to trigger emails? (Using latest firmware. Email daily reports working fine send&receive.)

I have installed two 4TB hdds in my NSA 325 and would like to disassemble one of the drives, because I need it in another system.
