GS1920-24 stuck in self-diagnostics

Hello,
I have a GS1920-24 switch that is now stuck in self-diagnostics mode.
The PWR LED is solid, and the SYS LED is blinking.
I can't get any response on any port (link down), and it's been running for a few hours like that.
The problem started to happen after a power cycle.
What can I do?

According to your description, this looks like hardware issue.
I recommend you to find your reseller to go RMA process.
