Packets losses & high ping using SSL VPN

Ok, this infuriates me. Sorry @Lukas1234 , I'm going to be egocentric, but I'm OP and nobody offers me to test my conf in labs ?

I bet I'm not the only one who have to deal with angry customers according to the number of views of this post.

I used to tell my customers the quality of the zyxel support, you even used to take time to help me when I forgot to tick the indispensable thing I forgot that Time.

Now this is bs.  Yeah. Thank you so much, we are indeed done with your products. And ad bonus, other manufacturer doesnt code passwords in firmware

Apology for the unpleasant experience you've encountered on our products.

Based on our test, it supposed to not have ping lost when SSL VPN tunnel is up though Internet .

It could be related to network environment or something else.

We may need to check remotely. Could you provide device remote access to us in PM for further check?

BTW, Could you describe more information about "USG bricked themselves"? Device crash or hang?

SSL VPN stability issue was fixed in previous firmware. What is your firmware version?
and could you share more information about packets lost in your site?
