Reregister a Device

Hi there,

I bought an older second hand Zywall USG 200 and tried to register the device in myZyxel.

It doesn't let me doing this, saying it's already registered. How can I re-register it under my name, in order to update Firmware?

As said in my initial post, myZyxel doesn't let me do this?!

I can't, because I get an "error" msg saying it's already registered.

1- Can you please provide a screenshot for the page that error message pops up? Please post the error message on this forum entry.

2- Can you provide me your myZyxel.com account, Serial Number of USG200 by private message?
