Secuextender 1.2.1 os MACOS Catalina disconnets immediately after connection

HI,

I have been working for a while with Secuextender, and all was good. Now I bought the license, and - but I am not 100% sure the timing is really coincident - it does not work anymore. It disconnects immediately after it connects. The report says:

Hi @NicolaZonca,

 

In the logs you provided, I see that SSL VPN's port was set as 8443.

Can you please ask your company if it's still port number 8443?

 

If it's not, please follow to following path in the SecuExtender and edit as following, then try to connect again;

 

SecuExtender > Preferences... > Name of VPN Connection > Edit

 

Remote Server: Address: 109.243.62.66:Port_Number

 

(example 109.243.62.66:4443)
