NWA210AX DHCP Problem
I have a problem with a new NWA210AX. I connect to device with this address: 192.168.1.2.
The access point is set in DHCP mode, but when i reboot it, it don't take a new ip address, and it is only accessible with the IP address 192.168.1.2.
If i change it in IP Static mode, and I reboot the device is ok, but if I change it again in DHCP Mode, the access point is no longer reachable. If I use Advanced IP Scanner, the device disappear from the list.
I have already other 4 NWA110AX Access point installed and I have no problem.

Hi @Carol,
Did you try to reset AP or just reboot?
To clarify the problem during DHCP process, we’ll need you help to provide information.
Capture the packets of whole process and provide diaginfo of AP for us.
Thanks for your assistant.

Hi @Carol,
Can you describe the topology of NWA210AX, any different to NWA110AX?
Make sure that you connect the Ethernet at Uplink port.
We’d appreciate your reply of your status, thanks.

Bella
