LIcense Renewal

I purchased and activated a 1year UTM Security Pack for my USG310. License activated but when I try to link to the device it says 'No compatible product'.

Any ideas on what I did wrong?

Can you please share some information with us;

 

1- What’s the firmware version of USG310?

2- If it’s not 4.62, please update it to latest version.

3- If symptom still exists, please send Serial Number of USG310 and license key to me by private message.
