How do I completely remove Secuextender IPSec for Windows

A client typed in the wrong password and it was cached. Now I can't get the VPN client to show a login dialog box and hence, can't log in.

Can you please share some information with us;

 

1-    Did that issue occur in ZyWALL SecuExtender or ZyWALL IPSec VPN Client software?

2-    Can you please share screenshot for this issue?

3-    Did you try to uninstall(with Windows built-in software uninstaller) the software and install again?

4-    Did you try to use software uninstaller tool(different than Windows built-in software uninstaller) to uninstall the software?
