Hi, I can't update ATP800 version
ATP800 V4.60 (ABIQ.1) to 4.62 (ABIQ.0)

I have tried as normal from the firmware cloud and directly from local firmware and in the 2 partitions.

The result is the same, reboot and it seems that it is loading the new one
firmware, but after reboot it remains on V4.60.

I have tried it several times, what can I do?

Thank you.

You may have to backup your config reset then try updating to standby.

    Hi @Pedroj,

    Can you perform following steps;

    1-    Connect RS232 cable to ATP800.

    2-    Run Console software.

    3-    Perform local firmware upgrade.

4-    Capture console log until reboot.

After ATP800 boot up, can you share log output in this topic?

    Best regards.

Hello, I have managed to update ATP800 in one of the partitions with the version
    V4.62_WK08 / 462ABIQ0ITS-WK08-r98489
The problem now is that ATP800 restarts.
    After everything works correctly.

    What I can do??

    Hi @Pedroj,

Is current running partition’s firmware version is v4.62 WK08?

If so, please connect RS232 cable to ATP800 and collect log as in the following video until next reboot and send me by private message?
