Make Setup Assistant optional instead of mandatory

The setup assistant keeps coming back until it hat been completed once and also after each firmware update. If people don't want to use this, they should have the possibility to deactivate it. I like mandatory "help" even less then mandatory registrations (which I completely dislike!). This so called assistant does setup-tasks without showing or telling me what it did. With that done, how am I to learn/understand how USG/Zywalls work?
Please make Setup assistant optional, not mandatory.
Thank you
Eric
