Lockout user
Dear community,
I have a USG60 with a locked out WAN ip adress, but when i try to unlock it the putty says can't unlock user from xxxxxx WANIP. I did the following:
configure terminal
show lockout-users (this finds 1 IP)
unlock lock-out-users WANIP
then it says cant unlock user from WANIP.
somebody has a solution?

Does the issue occur every time?
After the message shows"cant unlock user from WANIP", can you login with the account via GUI?
I tested this feature locally without any issue.
If the message display"cant unlock user from WANIP."~~It's probably, the account already been unlocked by system.
