USG Flex 200 Email Security

Hi guys

I simply cannot seem to get my Email Security scan to work. I've enabled it, cerated a profile, attached the profile to my SMTP incoming Policy - but no scans show up in the Security Statistics.

Furthermore, i cannot seem to get the Malware to trigger on Eicar test file.

These tasks should seem pretty forward and easy to do, but i cannot seem to do it right. Can someone please help?

    Hi @Alpina
    May I know that does your mail server implement TLS (STARTTLS) on it? If so, the Email Security may not be albe to examine the encrypted content when the mail passing through the device. For more information, you can refer to the KB article below:

    What’s the firmware version for USG FLEX 200?

     

    In the screenshots you provided I see that you specify “MAIL” as service.

    Can you take screenshot of "MAIL" object ?

    Configuration > Object > Service
