IPsec vpn connection redirected

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my usg50 zyxel, now i'm having 2 vpns under IPsec A an B, A is already working but on B, when i try to connect to it i get an Error of Remote IP mismatch from the A tunnel.

Can you share some information with us;

1-    Can you share error log’s screenshot in this post?

2-    Did you input correct IP address for VPN Gateway?

(Configuration > VPN > IPSec VPN > VPN Gateway)

3-    Can you provide remote admin access for both site of IPSec B by private message?

I solved that problem, appearently the l2tp was enabled on that tunnel it was misconfigured.

Now i'm having an issue with the access to the network, after establishing the connection, i'm unable to ping on machines on the remote network.

Also the tunnel connection can only be established with the zywall ipsec client tool, and not with the native ipsec client provided by windows or ubnutu, do you think it's a NAT problem ? knowing that my usg is directly connected to internet.

Hi @IMAD,

Can you try to apply following settings;
(Configuration > VPN > IPSec VPN > VPN Connection)
Choose Local policy.


In IPSec VPN Client software;
(VPN Configuration > IKEv1 Parameters > VPN Connection)
Assign VPN Client Address.
Assign Remote LAN Address with Local Policy address on your gateway.


If that doesn't work, can you send me your config file by private message?

IPSec VPN can only be established with ZyWALL IPSec VPN Client tool.
