Need some help with Ports with Menu Boards

With how common these ports are what suggestions or guides would be helpful with setting this up for menu boards these on a USG60.

Would you like to forward traffic Internet traffic to your internal server?

If yes, you can reference this guide for your requirement. 

(1) You can add port forwarding rule first.

(2) And then allow traffic in policy control rule.
