USG110 Latency RDP over VPN

Hello everyone !

We have USG110 router, users connect by VPN to reach RDP server. We are experiencing latencies when sending files to remote RDP server through VPN connection (tested with SSL VPN and L2TP / IPSEC).

No latency is to be deplored by performing the same test without a VPN connection. The issue occurred shortly after upgrading to firmware 4.62.

We performed a firmware downgrade, which had no effect, as well as a router reset, which also had no effect..

Hi @Dam,

We'd like to check the configuration on your USG110 and build SSL VPN or L2TP VPN to USG110 to check the symptom.
