How to Activate 3-Month Secure WiFi License

This article is only for activating the 3-Month Secure WiFi License. 

A. On-Cloud Mode (Activate on MyZyxel.com)

1. Log into MyZyxel.com with your account.
2. Navigate to Device Management > My Device, click on the MAC Address hyperlink of your device.

3. In the Linked Services tab click on Details button of Secure WiFi license.

4. You opt to initiate the services license by clicking on Activate button. You will get a Service Activation Notice Email when you activate a new service.

You will get a Service Activation Notice Email when you activate a new service.


Please upgrade your device firmware to latest version by 6/30/2021 if you don’t get the 3-Month Secure WiFi license.

B.On-premises Mode (Active on device Web GUI)

1. Login your device’s Web GUI, go to Configuration > Licensing > Registration > Service, click the Activate button to initiate the Secure WiFi license. Note that it will activate both your trial 30 days and standard 3-months license. You will get a Service Activation Notice Email when you activate a new service.

2. After service has been activated, please click the Service License Refresh button to update the Status.
