    It was a long time ago, it seems to me the problem was in the l2tp server, it was turned on, but not configured (there were links to remote objects, perhaps) and when opening, he swore at the policies (disabling it helped). Then there was the problem of BWM+Session Control+Antispam+SSL Inspection, when all options were enabled, the gateway was rebooted. Then it turned out that Antispam was to blame. But it was all on old firmware, for the current 4.65 Patch 0 WK32, my gateways are working stably.

    Which firmware version is working on your device? You can try the latest FCS  firmware and monitor if the helps in your case.
