Replaced damaged switches, removed from Nebula, and now we are short on licenses

The 4 replacement switches are not licensed, and now the entire organization has reverted to base pack, even though the 19 others have not expired. Is there a way to transfer the licenses from the damaged switches to the new switches? Unfortunately, they have been recycled, and I did not record MAC addresses or anything.

So those devices are not send to RMA? Since if run RMA process then license should be transferred.
Can you activate the access privilege in Nebula, Help> support request, also provide your organization name then I can check about it.Chris

No RMA, it appears to be lightning damage. Fouts Brothers0

For what have seen you had remove 5 switches out of org. on April 30th, is it correct?
If there is no problem for you then I will transfer the license on these 5 switches to your replacement (4 sw)
Let me know if you have any concerns and I can PM you those switches MAC address if you need.Chris

It is still showing Base Pack. Do I need to do something to get the Professional Pack activated again?0

You will need to click "upgrade now" button in License &inventory, overview tab as the screenshot.
