V4.63 has been pulled?

I upgraded to this version V4.63 but it seems to have been pulled from the firmware download is their any reason for this?

    Those firmware on USG/Zywall series were temporary unavailable on the server due to a cloud synchronization mechanism enhancement (which won't affect the current users who's running on 4.63).  We will put the 4.63 release back to the server soon.
