Email Notification of new Firmware

Is there a way of arranging an email notification that new firmware is available?

We won't send email notification for each releases since not all users are willing to see certain system notifications as you are, however you can get information when login device which has new available firmware to update, it will pop-up message to remind you. Or visit forum to read the sticky threads on the forum.

Email notification is a very sensible idea. 

The statement " not all users are willing to see certain system notifications...." is ludicrous, users will OPT IN only to receive alerts.  So only those who wish the alerts will receive them.

"You can get information when login device....." is presumtious.  Network admins do not by default log into devices on a daily basis, or even weekly.  The web interface gives no indcation if the importance of the firmware update, e.g. routine, critical etc.

A company the size of Zyxell should absolutely be offering their customers the option to receive email alerts for new firmware.

Come on Zyxel, get your act together , you are a great company, act like one please !

Thanks for your suggestion.
Currently, the system does not support email notification for each releases.
However, we will have further discussion about this behavior, and this idea will move to idea section.
