How to transfer full config to a same but new USG60?

Hello,

I am trying to test the existing BCP procedures and wonder how it is possible to transfer the complete configuration of one USG60 to another USG60 with the same firmware. The transfer of the config file works, but all users and certificates of the original USG are missing. I can't imagine that there is no documented procedure or howto from Zyxel for this. Any Ideas?

Maybe first need to export your certificates from old USG and import to the new USG.

Then after transferring old USG60's config to the new you execute this into CLI
apply /conf/old_USG_startup-config.conf
