VPN 100 adding to Nebula - specifically for Site to site speed - SD WAN feature

We have two very busy offices and would like to implement SD-WAN site to site.
I have quite a few concerns.
• The documentation on joining the gateways is slim.
• If added is the config migrated ? if not can we upload a config file for each unit, I saw mention of that for some units but not ours (monstly non SD-=WAN capable routers.
We are set up to move them, can we please have some guidance ?
