USG20W blocking in-app images

Hello everyone,
I'm very new to the firewall world.
I have an USG20W-VPN that I use to create a VPN from the office to the house.
Everything perfect, but when I use instagram or whatsapp while I'm connected to the WLAN/LAN I'm not able to see and download the images.
I have checked the content filter and it's disabled.
Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Hi @LeonardS,

The issue cannot be reproduced on our USG20W-VPN.

USG20W-VPN runs with the default configuration file and content filter is not enabled.

iPhone is connected to SSID of USG20W-VPN. Photos on Instagram display correctly.

Could you share the startup-config.conf with me in private message?
