Can't manage to connect to L2TP/IPSec VPN in MacOS 10.13.3

After following the steps of this tutorial, I can't connect to my VPN.

The system tries to connect but, after a while, launches an error saying "the L2TP-VPN server dit  not respond".

I have no problem with Windows 7&10 clients.

What are you seeing in the logs of the USG?

Can you check  the config.. Please set the L2TP connection with a full dynamic config. This is not  seen in the KB article, but may help you.
So in Fase 1: GATEWAY

Then in Fase 2 (vpn connection)

And  check again if there is multiple porposals set
