How to setup port forwarding usg20 Port 3727 to a terminal server 160.82.13.212

Trying to setup port forwarding to my terminal server. IP address 160.82.13.212
From outside my office I am trying to use port 3726 to go to my terminal server for RDP(3389 port)

Regarding to your request, you need to create profiles of Security policy and NAT rule to allow outside clients can access to server.
Go to Configuration>Network>NAT
Go to Security policy>security control

I would guess your WAN IP address is 160.82.13.212 and you want to NAT to a LAN IP for RDP on like 192.168.0.xxx
If your WAN IP f changes for the NAT rule Original IP you can make a address rule with address type INTERFACE IP with interface WAN1
