usg 310 nor booting or resetting

Hello, one of my usg 310 suddenly doesnt want to boot

the lights are like
pwr - green light on stable
sys - blinking quickly since the device is started (can be like that for days and nothing changes)

clicking in the reset button, doesnt do anything (usually after some secs, it should reboot which it doesnt)

any help with that? any way to reset its configuration?

I suggest that you can use firmware v4.30 to do firmware recovery by following the SOP which is mentioned in the release note page 84.
After recovery, if the issue does not disappear, please contact with local representative for assistance.

Thanks a lot for your reply and guidelines, I can confirm that I was able to recover the device via putty placing the file via ftp and then the device takes the new firmware and auto start the update
