Brand new to Zyxel and learning my way around. With another of our vendors the "MSP Edition" of their system is free, while another vendor charges a modest flat rate per year for their MSP feature set. As I understand, Zyxel is charging per admin user per year and in our case it will cost significantly higher than those other vendors we deal with today. I wanted to provide this feedback as this is a factor we need to consider while looking to adopt more Zyxel products.1
