WWAN package download page?

Hello,
I would like to update my current WWAN package (v 1.17) to a newer version. Where can I find the file and download it?
The KB and the download library pages doesn't even have the VMG1312-B10D which is my modem/router.

VMG1312-B10D is unavailable on the website, you might need to check it with the local support.

ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/VMG1312-B10D/3g_dongle_document/ has a V1.18 PDF in it.

But I cannot see the WWAN package.
