Mounting brackets for GS1100-16

Hi,
I'm trying to find anyone who sells the item 1-004-05900005 (mounting brackets for GS1100-16, for 10" rack) and ships them to Italy.
The following company: https://letmerepair-direct.de/zyxel-original-montagewinkel-gs1100-16-fuer-10-rack.html   - only ships to Germany, Belgium, Austria and few other countries, not mine: Italy

Is there any other reseller ?

May I know if your device is older than 6 months after purchased the device?

If yes, our Europe RMA team can send you an offer for the rack mount kit.
Please send a RMA request to older spare parts.

If not, we may deliver rack mount sets under warranty condition in single case.
You may send the RMA request with the purchase invoice not older than 6 months that states the purchased device and confirm the mounting brackets were missing in the box.
