Where is the support/download section for AX7501-B0

Hello,
Having issues with my new AX7501-B0 (10g fiber router): short Lan drops, long Wifi drops (with several devices, even facing the routeur). I would like to know if there is a new firmware to fix these issues or if my routeur is faulty.

Hi,
For the new firmware, it may depends on your supplier.
If your AX7501-B0 comes from ISP, you may need to check with your ISP for new firmware version.

The AX7501-B0 router uses a variety of different transceivers, depending on the specific model and configuration. Some common transceivers used in AX7501-B0 routers include the following:

• Intel X550-AT2 10GBASE-T Ethernet Converged Network Adapter

• Cisco SFP+ 10GBase-SR Transceiver Module

• HP X121 1G SFP LC SX Transceiver

• Juniper Networks EX-SFP-10GE-USR USR 10000Base-X SFP+ Module

 Depending on the model and configuration of your specific router, it may use one or more of these transceivers.
