If so, please follow the instructions to allow L2TP services on the NAT router. If wan IP address of USG60 is public IP, just follow the wizard to set up L2TP VPN on USG60.For iOS settings, please follow instructions in this guide.
Hi emily.
wow so i just saw your post. I couldn't find the quick wizard but eventually found it and I have to click the middle option, your picture has 2 options only mine had 3
Anyway I went through it and it seems to work, I had to select send all traffic through on my iphone but now it seems to provide what I want. So thanks.
I will check tomorrow more closely the exact settings to see what the differences are, but for now it's seems fixed .
But I would still like to know if I could use IKEv2 instead or as well as ?
Can these methods be used by 2 people to connect to the VPN at once, so I can check server on my lan and my wife can check it on her phone too ? is it just a case of adding a second user ?

Hi @zyxelusg60,Yes, you can also use IKEv2. You need to import certificate to iPhone. Here are some examples for your reference.0
