New Feature and Enhancements

 

1.       New WiFi 6 AX1800 dual-radio Outdoor PoE Access Point is supported. This new outdoor AP designed for small business AP, NWA55AXE, comes with right-fit feature set, simplest configuration. It is IP55 weather proof rating, supporting Zymesh and wireless bridge features make it suitable for various semi-outdoor and outdoor applications for small businesses.

2.       New feature, Client diagnostic, has added to Nebula Professional Pack. This feature is designed for easy troubleshooting as it summarized important events from the AP and get gateway (NSG/USGFLEX) in chronological order.

3.       Radio output power configuration UI is enhanced. User now can select from different deployment types instead of only dBm setting.

Hello, yesterday i'd successfully updated AP WAX650S to this 6.25 firmware, but today, they want to downgrade to 6.20. It's a bug at 6.25?

Same here. My Access Points also want to DOWNgrade the firmware (after upgrading to 6.25 yesterday). I experienced connection problems with my clients with the new 6.25 firmware since yesterday. So I considered a manual downgrade anyway.
Are there any infos about bugs in 6.25?

Hi All,

We regret to inform you that new firmware release on 27th September has potential risk to cause client failed to obtain the IP address while doing intra-roaming within same access point (5GHz to 2.4GHz and vice versa). Client roaming between different access points DOES NOT have the same problem. 

Please arrange the soonest schedule to revert AP firmware to previous version for ensuring smooth WiFi experience. 

The issue only happens on following models NWA110AX, NWA210AX, WAX510D, WAX610D and WAX650S.

6.25 firmare is also expected for NWA-1123 V2 and NWA-5123, which I am aware that are not covered by this "delayed" release.
Any hint/suggestion/ETA for these devices?

Today, nebula offer me upgrade my WAX650 to new firmware from downgraded 6.20. new is V6.25(ABRM.1)
So far so good i'm upgraded one AP, other are scheduled to this evening.

Same here with 6.25 on our WAX650S unit. After installation, soft reboot (and DCS) most connections would fail, especially on all 5GHz channels. Only a power cycle seemed to help, but again DCS caused problems on channels above 56, even though all clients could connect fine before.
After a second powercycle the AP worked fine for just a week, until a memory overload happend (>95%). Manual reboot didn't help, 2,4GHz worked but on 5GHz connections failed.

Downgraded back to V6.20(ABRM.1)-DF-2021-08-13 (FragAttack Hotfix). Problems gone. The WAX650S started to use channels above 64 again (DFS disabled). Connection speeds were higher again. 

(We do not use Nebula for this unit)
