Can Uplink port be used as part of the LAN (XGS1930-28HP)?

The XGS1930-28HP has 4 Uplink ports, one of which I am currently using to connect to the 10Gb router. Since the rest of the (LAN-) ports are max 1Gb, I was wondering if I could use one of the unused Uplink ports to provide a 10Gb connection on the LAN for one specific workstation.
Thanks for any insights

It's a switch. 24 1GBe POE Ports, 4 10GBPe SFP+ Should also work with servers or other 10GBE switches.
