Traffic Statistics error

Hi @GLPallai,
It looks like you set invalid characters on interface name. It is supposed to be checked on web GUI when you are saving invalid character
What is your device firmware version and interface name?

I have a Zywall 110 with fw version 4.30 (AAAA.0).
I didn't change any interface name, I only activated an SSL vpn, but I don't think this should influence...
Where should I look for interface names?
Furthermore, the interface monitor does not report any error, see image...

Hi @GLPallai,
The interface name seems okay from the screen shot. please send me the device configuration file via private message. Let me try it on local lab.

Hi guys
same for me (running V4.30 (AAKZ.0) on USG60W
No strange charachters used for interfaces names (only _)
Tried to reboot without success.
Maybe something wrong after a change in the class of interfaces...
Question: is there a way (i suppose through CLI command) to reset that statistics?0 -
I found this strange interface name (using CLI commands)....
Maybe this is the problem (for me).
How can i delete it? what is it?!0 -
Nothing in the GUI interface. That's like GLPallai's one.
The last interface listed is the DMZ and not that strange "dftunnel1-30" i can see querying CLI....
And i suppose it create the "error -31042" etc in the html page of 'traffic statistics'0 -

That's weird, i am unable to reproduce it on local lab with your configuration file.
Could you help us to type the following command, and provided the result to us via private message.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Router # show interface _all
Router # show report status
Router # show interface-name
Router # show report wan1 ip
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
@Skylink
Not sure is it the same issue. could you try the CLI above, and send me the result by private message.
