Hello,

I have many devices registered under my profile in myZyxel Portal.

Now I need to give the control of one of these devices to another user external from my company.

How can I trasfer to him the whole device management without allowing him to see my other devices?

Hi @marzio_antonioli
(1) You can ask user login to Mzyxel.com first and keep the login session.
(2) Ask user login to the device WebGUI which you would like to transfer.
(3) Go to Configuration > Licensing > Registration and click "portal.myzyxel.com" hyper link.

(4) Browser will redirect to Device Registration page, and auto fill device MAC/Serial Number. After clicking submit button, device will transfer to new account.
