error Zywall USG100-PLUS

Hello everyone and thanks for the support.
I have a Zywall USG100-PLUS device that reconfigures itself and restarts every 15/20 minutes, dropping the internet line and voip telephony.
Do you think I can try to update the firmware or should the device be changed?
From the official Zyxell website I can't find the various product updates, do you have any links?
