I purchased A/V package. Got notification that it's been activated, yet nothing on appliance.

The serial number is correct. But services have not been activated.

Please navigate to Web-GUI path: CONFIGURATION-> Licensing->Registration->Service-> To press “Service License Refresh” button to refresh your license services.
After that, please check your license services status if are activated .
