Is the connection issue there before at beginning or it just happens after upgrading to the latest module driver? How's the hardware LED behavior when it can't connect to your ISP?

I have poor LTE performance with SBG3600, firmware V1.00(AAKO.9) with LTE firmware ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO.

Can you send me an updated LTE firmware, please? Other users report improved LTE performance with newer firmware.
