LTE firmware for SBG3600

Do you mean that after uploading the module firmware, your LTE doesn't work anymore? What's your SBG3600 firmware and can you connect to the console, do some LTE operations and send me via private message regarding to what had been shown in the console?

Sorry to hear about this. It seems that somehow your LTE module can't be detected by the SBG3600 anymore. I'm not sure what happened when you upgrading the LTE firmware.You may need to contact Zyxel local representative and go through the RMA process.

If i check from web interface the module read imei of modem and the imei of sim.... lte module are detected because read imei.....

I think the first is a solution to upgrade fimrware lte of device and the next step ugprade firmware of router...

I need new firmware please...

So you're still running on the previous module firmware version. I will send you a private message to download the module firmware.

i upgrade the firmware lte.. but after reboot the version ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO remaing the same....

so start with
ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO version

upgrade with firmware_ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS.bin

after reboot the version is
ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO

Not is possible upgrade firmware....

You may need to go through the RMA process if changing the module firmware still can't bring your LTE module back.

I'll send you the module firmware via private message. Before that, can you try to downgrade the firmware back to the original version and see if it helps?
