    Hi @Menon

The latest LTE firmware is ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS.

    Hello @Zyxel_Stanley
Thank you. A quick query, should I patch V1.00(AAKO.8) & V1.00(AAKO.9). Or can I straight away patch V1.00(AAKO.9) from V1.00(AAKO.6). Thanks.

    @Menon
You can upgrade from AAKO.6 to AAKO.9 directly. However, we suggest that it's better to back up your settings before doing the firmware upgrade to avoid any unexpected interrupt during the upgrading process.

    Dear all

I’m facing exactly the same issue and would be more than happy to get the newest LTE firmware to solve the Issue.

I got it but when I upload the Router is rebooting and is still showing the old version. :-(

If I try to update the firmawe V1.00(AAKO.8) to AAKO.9 it failes with the info "Image uploading failed. The selected file contains an illegal model id."

Thanks a lot for your help

    Thomas

    Dear support,
I have downloaded the LTE firmware ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS, from your Dropbox link.
But I have the same issue as SwissTom,
upload of the firmware looks good, but after the reboot, I do have the old version:
    ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO,
    do you have any solution?
PS my firmware version is: V1.00(AAZE.9)

    Thanks in advance,
    KR

    Hi @Tek and @SwissTom
Your symptoms should not be the same since your models are different (Annex A and Annex B version) and firmware uploading are different, too (uploading the platform firmware and module firmware)

Can you upload the firmware again and share me the console log to check further?

    I've same symptoms of @Tek and @SwissTom
    model SBG3600-N000 / V1.00(AAZE.9)

I have downloaded the LTE firmware ALT3100_05_00_02_00_81_MS, from your Dropbox link.
when upload of the firmware looks good, but after the reboot, I do have the old  ALT3100_04_05_06_10_B8_LO

so i test to enable lte with ssh shell.. but when use lte command crash.....

I test to restore factory of device and upload lte firmware but i've same problem....

The big problem is that lte don't work... I hope with new firmware a solution....
