active License in portal

Hello
I bought 2 new licenses last year and when I try to register them in the portal it says "License key has expired".
But when I check the license key, the portal tells me that the key is not registered.
What is going on here?

Hi @cateye,New license keys are sent to you in private message.We are Zyxel headquarter. That's why we can replace expired license keys with new license keys.0

Hello EmilyIs this legal?
I asked my importer and he said I should ask for a credit back, he could not change anything about the licenses.
He also said that these licenses are no longer available and I have to buy them in a bundle and these IDP licenses are then free.
