active License in portal

Hello

I bought 2 new licenses last year and when I try to register them in the portal it says "License key has expired".
But when I check the license key, the portal tells me that the key is not registered.
What is going on here?

    New license keys are sent to you in private message.
    We are Zyxel headquarter.  That's why we can replace expired license keys with new license keys.  B)

    Could you send two license keys to me in private message? We will replace new licenses to you if these licenses are expired.

    Hello Emily

    Is this legal?
    I asked my importer and he said I should ask for a credit back, he could not change anything about the licenses.
    He also said that these licenses are no longer available and I have to buy them in a bundle and these IDP licenses are then free.

    Just send the license keys to me in private message. We will check the license staus before replacing new license keys to you.
