How to disable 2FA on myZyxel?
Sometimes you might encounter some situations that make you not able to login myZyxel account via 2FA. For example, the phone is broken or replaced with a new one. Don’t worry about that! You can follow the steps to turn off 2FA or re-configure 2FA on myZyxel.com.
STEP1. Login myZyxel with account and password.
STPE2. Click “Get Help”
STEP3. You’ll receive an email from myZyxel.com. If you don’t receive the email, you can click “Send Again” to resend e-mail.
STEP4. Open your e-mail inbox to retrieve the e-mail and click the link of “Disable Two-Factor Authentication”.
STEP5. Redirect to the web page and enter your password. Click “Next” button.
STEP6.
Finally, 2FA has been disabled. Click “Skip” or “Remind Me Later” to enter myZyxel.com. Click “Enable Now” to re-enable 2FA.
