In vpn monitor first letter of user names is missing

I find that, often but not always, in vpn monitor I see user names without their first letter.
I attach an example: all miss the first letter.
Tunnels work.

    Hi @valerio_vanni,
    Welcome to Forum,The filed only display client names if "they're using EAP or X-auth" for Authentication.if not, the filed will be empty.
    It seem there are different VPN Profile in your picture.Could you kindly provide Configuration File in Private Message ? We can assist you to check .

    They use x-auth. #5 is a site-to-site VPN, is fine that it has no user name.

    The issue is on the other lines, perhaps I didn't explain well what "without their first letter" means.
    User names are piergiorgio, sara, valerio, elena, and appear as iergiorgio, ara, alerio, lena.

    There are CLI to check the logon users.
    # show users all | xml
    # show sa monitor | xml

    If the username from CLI is also lost the first letter. That's function bug.
    If only the display on GUI lost the first letter. That's GUI issue. You can try to flush cache on browser to try again or use different type of browser (Firefox, Chrome, MS Edge ...) to check if any different.

    Does your user from AD/LDAP?
    The filed always show "Login name" and It would the same as "Firewall ext-user" .


    It won't show first letter.

    In CLI usernames are correct.

    I tried to change browser and PC (one is Firefox on Linux, the other Edge on Windows 10) and I saw a difference: in the first 2 usernames (on 2) were wrong, in the second only one.

    After half an hour, things are changed: in the first only one wrong, in the second both wrong.

    I cannot reproduce the issue with 5.10/5.20 even I used Italian in Browser.
